The Process from our Top Atlanta Roofers

Most all of our roof installations are completed in one or two days, which our customers find very convenient. Our process is as follows:

• We begin between 8 and 9 a.m. Getting an early start ensures that we will complete as much of the job as possible on any given day.
• A crew of 4-7 experienced roofing professionals with a foreman will show up, along with a medium size dump truck loaded with the materials you have selected for your home. This truck will also be used to haul away the old roof, so you do not have to bring anyone else in to clean up the mess we make!
• We begin by removing the old roof at the farthest point from the truck. We only remove what we can finish that day, always keeping an eye on the weather. Once we have removed the old roofing materials we will inspect the wood underneath and replace as needed.
• The next step in the process is to install shingle felt along with an ice and water shield in the valleys and any other potential problem areas. Not only do we do the job efficiently, we also go the extra mile to get the job done right (the first time).
• Now we are ready to begin installing shingles. As the shingles are being installed we will install any needed metal flashings and drip edge.
• The final steps in the process involve the installation of ridge vents and the sealing of all roof projections as well as a thorough cleaning of any loose debris that has fallen around your home using a magnetic nail sweeper. This ensures that your yard is safe as soon as we leave your property.
